Download My Data

Need a copy of any and all data you've entered into VolunteerMatch? No problem!  Here's how to get it:

1. Log into your account on VolunteerMatch.org
2. Select My Account at the top of the screen
3. Select 'Download My Data" under the Account section

After selecting the link, you will be prompted to select the "Email Me the Code" button at the bottom of the screen as shown below

After selecting the "Email Me the Code" you will need to copy the code sent to your email address and enter the code in the box shown below.  (Please note the code expires after 20 minutes)

Once completed the file will download and you can read the file, you can find tips online for how to open and view JSON files, using browsers, word processing or text editing programs. (TIP: We find dragging the file into a Firefox window displays the contents beautifully!)
