Contacting your volunteer connections

Volunteers are eager to hear back from you, so they can get started as soon as possible. Get in touch with them quickly by following the steps below: 

1. Log into your account on VolunteerMatch.org to access your organization's dashboard
2. Click View All Connections in your left-hand navigation menu
   
   
3. Using the drop-down menus at the top of the page, choose the opportunity and time period you would like to view connections for, or choose to view all opportunities for all time 
4. To view full information for a volunteer, select 'View' at the end of the row

5. To email a volunteer, select "Email" on the volunteer profile view
   • 
6. To remove connections from future reports, check the boxes under the Remove button at the end of volunteer's row 
   • 
7. To email all of your connections, return your organization's dashboard and select 'Email Interested Volunteers' under Volunteer Connections & Reports
