Updating your account, contact information, and newsletter preferences

Email change? No problem!

When you express interest in a volunteer opportunity, we send your name, email address, ZIP code and phone number (required for opportunities) to the organization that posted the opportunity. 

To edit your account and contact information to ensure you receive all communication:

1. Log into your account on VolunteerMatch.org
2. Select My Account at the top of the screen        
   
3. Select 'Account information' under the Account section
   
4. Enter your new information and select Save at the bottom

NOTE: you do not need to enter your password to make changes. 

Check your Email Subscriptions!

In Account Information (see above) you can also update your newsletter subscriptions!

Follow steps 1-3 from above, then on the Account Information pop-up, in the bottom left corner you'll see these two options: 

The top option is for anyone who is using VolunteerMatch to find volunteering opportunities, check the box
