Sign up and update your Opportunity Email Alert preferences

Volunteer opportunity alert emails send personalized volunteer opportunity emails straight to your inbox. You choose your location, the causes you care about and how often you'd like to receive the emails and we'll take care of the rest!

To sign up, or update your opportunity alerts, simply follow the instructions below:

1. Log into your account on VolunteerMatch.org
2. Access your profile page — select My Account at the top if you don't see your profile right away
3. Select Email Alert Preferences under 'Account'
   
4. Choose your preferences 
5. Click Save

*Note: if you select Virtual volunteer opportunities, you will receive listings from organizations outside of your ZIP code radius. Because these opportunities are virtual, they can be completed from anywhere via telephone and/or an internet connection.

You'll begin to receive updated Opportunity Email Alerts from VolunteerMatch within your requested time frame.
