If you’re the administrator of an existing organization profile but would like to register a new organization, follow the steps below:
- Log into your account on VolunteerMatch.org to access your existing organization's dashboard
- Under the Manage Organization header, select Add a new Organization
- You'll be taken into our new registration flow "Claim your Organization". Select the category that best fits your organization below
- The majority of the organizations that register with VolunteerMatch must be vetted by a member of the VolunteerMatch team. We are usually able to process organization registrations within 2-3 business days.
- The team may request additional information needed to approve your organization, so if you're currently waiting on approval please be sure to check the inbox of the email address you used to register for any messages with the subject line "Help Us Complete Your VolunteerMatch Registration".
- As an administrator of multiple organization profiles, select Dashboard to the right of the organization listed to enter its dashboard.
- Want to switch and manage another organization’s profile? Select Your Organizations at the top of the page to choose again!
