The majority of the organizations that register with VolunteerMatch must be vetted by a member of the VolunteerMatch team. We are usually able to process organization registrations within 2-3 business days.
The team may request additional information needed to approve your organization, so if you're currently waiting on approval please be sure to check the inbox of the email address you used to register for any messages with the subject line "Help Us Complete Your VolunteerMatch Registration".
Once your organization is approved you'll be notified by email.
