Why is My Organization Still Pending Approval?

We know that your volunteering needs can be pressing, and so we strive to process registrations within two to three business days. 

If it's been longer than two business days since you registered with us, please be sure to check the inbox of the email address you used to register for any messages from registration[at]svc.volunteermatch.org or with the subject line "Help Us Complete Your VolunteerMatch Registration." It's highly likely that we requested additional information from you to continue processing your registration. 

If you don't find any messages from our team, please contact us directly by clicking "Submit a request" at the top of this page. We'll be happy to follow up with you directly, so we can officially welcome your organization to the VolunteerMatch community!
